Backstory
Hey there, my name is Philip Richards Jr., a filmmaker from the Virgin Islands. I help brands, businesses, artists and institutions build momentum through barrier-breaking filmmaking tools, impactful stories and striking visuals. I’ve always had the same hunger as my mainland counterparts, just not always the same access. So I improvise, adapt, and create anyway. Not less than, just from a different lens.
I built this platform to rewrite the narrative of what’s possible from productions coming from small places like the BVI, regions so underrepresented they’re often overlooked. All of this is made possible through my creative services and barrier-breaking filmmaking tools powered by my Clarity Over Convention framework. Built for clarity, speed, and precision, no more noise, no more guesswork, just forward momentum past the naysayers and pesky filmmaking barriers.
